Immunization ResourcesPrior to the 2023–2024 school year, students entering Grade 7 Nevada are required by the State Board of Health to receive the meningococcal vaccine, as well as the vaccines for tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap). Students may not be permitted to attend school without these vaccinations documented or with approved exemption.
7th Grade Immunization Documentation & ExemptionsAll incoming 7th grade students must have evidence of two additional vaccinations: Tdap & MCV4. As soon as students receive these additional immunizations, copies of the immunization may be uploaded here or mailed directly to Mannion Middle School.
Open EnrollmentMannion Middle School has open enrollment (formerly called COSA) seats for the 2026-2027 school year. Beginning Monday, October 6, 2025, students not zoned for Mannion, may apply through the CCSD Website to be enrolled at Mannion.

2026 Incoming 7th & 8th Grade InformationMannion Middle School will deploy all ChromeBooks during the first week of school. 7th & 8th Grade students will receive their schedules and locker assignments through the Parent Portal on August 4 and the campus is open on August 4 between 8 AM and 2 PM for students to test their lockers.
