Good Morning 6th Grade Families,
My name is Misty Hargraves and I am the assistant principal for our 6th grade students. I will be your student’s assistant principal for all three years of middle school. I am so excited to start with a new group of kiddos and can’t wait to get to know them better. From my first observations of last week I feel we have a great group of kids.
On Friday, we will be hosting our first dance of the year for our 6th grade students. Below you will find important information regarding the dance.
Dance Information:
Date: Friday, August 21
Time: 1:45 pm – 2:45 pm
Location: Mannion Cafeteria
Cost: $3.00 (Students can purchase tickets in the morning starting Tuesday, August 18, by the registration office. Tickets can also be purchased at the door before the dance.)
Note:
- Students will keep all of their personal belongings in their hallway locker before going to the dance. Once the dance is over we will have the 6th grade hallway open, so that all students can get their belongings before being picked up by their parent/guardian or before walking/riding home.
- Students do not need to change for the dance. They can wear their same clothes they came to school in.
- There will be drinks and snacks available for purchase at the dance. (Cash Only)
- There is no late bus on Friday’s, so all students who ride a bus will need to have a ride from a parent/guardian.
