Immunization ResourcesPrior to the 2023–2024 school year, students entering Grade 7 Nevada are required by the State Board of Health to receive the meningococcal vaccine, as well as the vaccines for tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap). Students may not be permitted to attend school without these vaccinations documented or with approved exemption.
7th Grade Immunization Documentation & ExemptionsAll incoming 7th grade students must have evidence of two additional vaccinations: Tdap & MCV4. As soon as students receive these additional immunizations, copies of the immunization may be uploaded here or mailed directly to Mannion Middle School.
Change of School Assignment (COSA)Mannion Middle School has COSA seats for the 2025-2026 school year. Beginning Tuesday, October 1, 2024, the CCSD choice application and pertinent information regarding this process will be available on the It’s Your Choice websit.

Incoming 7th & 8th Grade InformationMannion Middle School will deploy ChromeBooks, student schedules, and locker assignments to 7th & 8th grade students on August 1 or August 3. Families must sign up for a specific time to alleviate long lines. Those unable to attend on either date will pick up student schedules and locker assignments on the first day of school in the library and receive ChromeBooks the first few days of school.
