Beginning Thursday, April 21, 2022, there will be some changes to the availability of student restrooms during class periods. These changes are intended to ensure student safety and curb some recent vandalism and inappropriate behavior being reported in the restrooms. These changes will provide adult supervision of the restrooms.
- During passing periods, the restrooms in the 600, 700, and 800 hallways will continue to be available.
- During class time, when fewer students need to use the restroom, the 700 and 800 restrooms will alternate availability by week.
- During class time, the 600 restroom will continue to be available.
The purpose of this change is to ensure each available restroom is monitored by an adult throughout the day, allowing Mannion to maintain safe, working restrooms.
The administration is available to answer any questions you may have. Restrooms will be an agenda item at Thursday’s Parent/Community Partnership meeting, which will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2022, in the Mannion Library. You are welcome to join us. The agenda, once finalized will be posted on the Parent/Community Partnership page of our website, available by CLICKING HERE.
