The User Support Services Department, in conjunction with the Clark County School District Police, has developed a Safety and Your Mobile Device handout that schools can share with families, which covers basic device safety and care information for walking to and from school.
Per the Mobile Device Agreement, students should carry the device in a padded case or a backpack to minimize the chance of damage and to keep it out of view when in public. Additionally, the Mobile Device Guidelines and Expectations document outlines care and maintenance.
